The Black Mate
In The black Mate the narrator, a figure apparently unrelated to the action, introduces the reader to Mr. Bunter, who hits him for his hair blacks hence the nickname. Bunter sail under the command of Captain Johns. During the trip Bunter repeatedly clashed with Johns on issues referred to spectral Bunter is very interested in maintaining a hostile and tense relationship throughout the journey.
Bunter Johns confesses then that an appearance had suddenly attacked. He refuses to discuss the incident in detail, but the captain becomes his constant companion and guardian. Shortly after, the famous hair of blacks Bunter began to do to turn white, although young, revealing the terror of her ordeal. In the end of the story the truth is revealed...
