With contributions from internationally recognized leaders in endoscopy education, each chapter examines the specific skills sets and procedure related tasks which must be mastered in learning a particular technique. They contain specific descriptions of accessories required, standard training methods for the particular procedure, and optimal utilization of novel learning modalities such as simulators.
