Design Manager's Handbook

Written for design managers, this book discusses the role, processes, tools, and soft skills that are required to be successful in design management. The book will embody a design management Code of Practice developed by the CIOB Faculty of Architecture and Surveying, and will enable design managers to provide tangible benefits for contractors and customers by ensuring the smooth flow of design data as projects from the initial stages, through design to provide manufacturing and construction information, to facilitating successful construction even as the projects grow to become more complex.
