Featured publisher: PhD Päivi Kannisto

Päivi and Santeri Kannisto, born in 1970, are free writers. PhD Päivi worked earlier as a Management Consultant, and Santeri was the CEO of the open source company SOT he had founded in 1991. The couple has travelled around the world with their backpacks since they left Finland in 2004, and visited 50 countries in all continents.

The couple is famous for their art of living book called La Habanera – The Escape From The Rat Race. The couple publishes annually 6-8 books in the fields of travel literature, art of living and economics. Their books have been translated into Finnish, English, Spanish, and Hebrew.

PhD Päivi Kannisto is publishing e-books. Printed editions are made in co-operation with traditional book publishers including Talentum, Siniplaneetta and SKS.
