| Chapter 4 of the Housing Companies Act contains provisions on the distribution of maintenance responsibilities between a housing company and shareholders. This booklet defines in more detail the division of liabilities concerning the various parts and devices in apartments. The distribution of responsibilities has been clarified with illustrations and explanatory texts. The booklet is meant for all shareholders, residents, board members, house managers and other people with responsibilities in housing companies.
