The first edition of Grainger and Fealy won considerable praise for the clarity and simplicity of its exposition of the new civil procedure regime. The authors – both practising barristers at leading commercial chambers One Essex Court – build on that success with a much expanded second edition. They examine various topics not previously covered (including costs and personal injuries), as well as the recently published rules that form the ‘second wave’ of the new regime.
